“All vehicles must enter the school via Terwood Road. Spectators can park in the main parking lot area. Additional parking will be available across the street at the Eastern Center for Technology if the main lot is full. We will have shuttle buses from the satellite lots running all night as a convenience. Spectators with handicap parking placards will be allowed to park near the stadium on the grass. Vehicles with handicap placards should enter via the Reed St. entrance off of York Rd. (Rt. 263) and a parking attendant will move the barricade and direct them where to park.”
Saturday, 10/16 – Cavalcade @ Upper Moreland HS
1:30pm – Rehearsal on turf. Bring water. Dress in layers.
4:00pm – Load the truck/Dinner break.
5:00pm – Board the buses in half uniform
6:00pm – Arrive at UMHS. Unload truck. Bathroom break.
8:30pm – Perform Shattered!
9:30pm – Awards
10:30pm – Approximate dismissal from CRN
