We are under 200 days from lift off. What do we do in the meantime? FUNDRAISE! Fundraising is a critical part of the band trip and we need EVERYONE’S help.
While we will offer opportunities to fundraise for individuals, we need to focus on fundraising for general band expenses such as shipping or renting equipment. Based on the size of our group and our destination, the tour company has given us our fundraising goal of $15,000 for these expenses.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
- Participate in as many fundraising events as possible! Rally your friends, family and neighbors to participate as well.
- Promote the events through your social media or other networks.
- Let us know of any successful fundraising events you have participated in with other groups.
- If you own or have a contact in a local business, consider hosting a fundraising event or sponsoring our band. We would be happy to promote them as a sponsor throughout the school year.
